Who we are
ARH Digital is a small web design studio in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This policy covers arhdesign.tech and its English, Arabic, French and Hindi pages. Questions? Email Message@arhdesign.tech.
What you send us
When you use the quote form we collect what you type into it: your name, your email address, the project type, the plan you prefer, your current website address (only if you ask for a redesign), an optional promo code, and your message.
We use this only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, deliver the project. The form is handled by Web3Forms, which receives your submission and passes it to us by email. Please don't put passwords, ID numbers or payment card details in the form.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google, to see how many people visit the site, which pages and languages they use, roughly where in the world they are, and what device and browser they use. It uses cookies and similar identifiers to tell one visit from another, and Google receives technical details of your visit such as your IP address and browser.
We have switched off Google Signals and ad personalisation in our tracking code, and we don't use this data for advertising. The statistics are used only to improve the site and understand what is working. Google's own rules are in its Privacy Policy.
Don't want to be counted? Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same either way.
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (their names usually start with _ga). Separately, the site saves your colour theme and chosen language in your browser's local storage so it remembers your choice; that stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Other services that see your visit
Like most websites, we rely on a few outside services that receive technical details such as your IP address when a page loads: GitHub Pages hosts the site, Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, and the Our Works page shows a live preview of the Shabibi Juice website, which Shabibi Juice runs under its own policies. Links to Instagram take you to a site we don't control.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the services above that are needed to run the site and the form, or when the law requires it. Some of these providers are based outside Saudi Arabia and may process data in other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply, quote and carry out any project, and we delete them when you ask. Analytics data stays in Google Analytics for the retention period we set in our account.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you sent through the form by emailing Message@arhdesign.tech. We will answer within a reasonable time. You can also opt out of analytics as described above.
Children
This site is written for business owners and isn't aimed at children.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
